Knowledge of Service Management Tool (SMT) Database, client coordination and scheduling through outlook with ability to clearly communicate through phone and email. knowledge of ITIL processes in IT Network Operations and follow through. Ability to multitask and be organized to handle multiple implementations at same time. Work time may include some evenings with Flexible work hours to host calls. Must be able to coordinate with various groups within the organization in order to accomplish Clients needs. Proficient in MS Office and Tools.
